Open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. One-on-one assistance by appointment only – book an appointment in advance by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. We can normally offer you an open appointment within the next 1-2 weeks.

We take walk-ins without an appointment at Pori’s Leijona to handle quick matters every week on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:00 (excluding holidays, exceptions noted on our social media profiles). Remember to take a queue number and wait to be called. If your matter needs more than 15 minutes, such as job search or residence permit matters, please book an appointment

You can book a time with any integration or multilingual guidance specialist by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. We can provide service in your native language, either through our own specialists or by translator services. However, to aid with integration, we try to use Finnish as much as possible. Let your integration specialist know which languages you communicate in when you book your appointment. Please let us know if you cannot make it to your appointment as soon as you know, so that we can offer the time to someone else. In Finland, every adult has the right to handle their own affairs.
